    • Summer check-in: 

      Prior to the start of school, all Smoky Hill students must attend a mandatory check-in session. During this time, students will turn in signed paperwork for the year including vaccination records, take school portraits, receive their student ID, purchase spirit wear, planners, and yearbooks, and sign up for additional items like parking permits and PTCO communications. 

      Dates:

      Grades 10, 11, 12              

      August 1, 2019   8 am – 12 pm, and 1 pm – 3 pm

      Grade 9                              

      August 2, 2019   8 am – 12 pm

      Grades 10, 11, 12

      August 2, 2019   1 pm – 3 pm

      Late Check-In all grades   

      August 8, 2019   8 am – 12 pm

       

      Parent Online Forms

      Cherry Creek Schools requires families to update their household and student information each year including emergency contacts, medical, and policy acceptance forms, along with school specific forms. These forms will be made available online beginning July 1, 2019 and are part of the annual check-in processes for the start of the 2019-2020 school year. Parents who submitted information last year can save time by accessing the system to review, update, and save information previously stored. Parents can always return to the online forms to update information that may change during the school year (i.e. phone numbers, emergency contacts, medical updates, etc.).


      In July you will receive an email informing you that the Parent Online Forms system is ready for 2019-2020 annual check-in.
