    2) GHS Back-to-School Information

Grandview High School will NOT be conducting an in-person check-in this year. Instead, the components of our traditional check-in will be accomplished through other means as outlined below.

    • STUDENT PICTURES/IDs (all students): Student pictures (used for student IDs and the GHS yearbook) will be taken during the school day (per your student’s Social Studies class) on Wednesday, August 14 or Thursday, August 15. Please CLICK HERE or visit the “Important Information” links below for information regarding ordering pictures.
    • LAPTOP COMPUTERS (New students to GHS): ONLY new students to GHS will receive their district-issued laptop immediately after taking their student pictures.
    • PAYMENT – FEES/FINES (all students): You are strongly encouraged to pay all fees and fines, as well as pre-pay 2024-25 fees via RevTrak by CLICKING HERE or visiting the GHS website (Payments---High Schools---Grandview HS---Student Fees) no later than Friday, August 9.
      • Suggested Fees:
        • ACTIVITIES FEE/PAW PASS (All Grades, $30): For $30, your student gets free admission to all regular season home sporting events, discounts to school events (Homecoming, Dream Week, and Prom), and discounts on school apparel for the entire school year, while supporting GHS athletic teams and activity clubs throughout the year.
        • PARKING PASSES (11th & 12th grade, $50): Juniors and seniors who would like to request a parking pass, please CLICK HERE or visit the GHS website (under Students---Parking) to complete the Parking Registration Form. If your student has unpaid fees/fines (you can check their balance in PowerSchool), your student will not be able to receive a parking pass.
        • NMSQT (11th grade, $25): The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) is an optional standardized assessment that is co-sponsored by the College Board and National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC). Juniors can pay $25 and register for this test. See “Important Information” link for more details.
    • STUDENT SCHEDULES (all students): Student schedules will be communicated the week of August 5. If you have not completed the required CCSD online Parent Forms (see #1 above), your student(s) will not receive a schedule.
    • ATHLETIC ONLINE CHECK-IN (For FALL student athletes ONLY): Visit https://grandviewhs.rschoolteams.com/ to register for a FALL sport and to access the current physical form. A current physical must be loaded into your account. Winter and Spring registration dates will be forthcoming.
