Principal's Message

  • Liberty Community –

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the final quarter of the 2021-22 School Year.  Through all the ups and downs of this school year I continue to be humbled by the resiliency, kindness, and support of our community.  The flexibility and heart for Liberty is on display each day.  Whether it be a fist bump in the hallway, a wave in the parking lot, or a conversation at Starbucks the care and devotion from the community, students, and staff is amazing to see.  Thank you.

I hope that you were all able to relax and recharge a bit over spring break, as the push to the end of the school year is here and will come with projects, papers, and high expectations for every student, every day.  The Liberty Staff has continued to learn and grow throughout this year and continues to want each student to meet their potential and finish strong this school year.

I’d like to take a moment to thank you for your continued trust and support of Cherry Creek and Liberty Middle School.  The positive strong support of your children is noticed and truly appreciated.  Your students have come to school every day with a positive, caring, and hard-working attitude.  While we know that they are middle school kids who often learn through mistakes, each student continues to grow and mature into young people that we are proud of and who will be prepared to take their next steps at Liberty and into Grandview High School and beyond.

I look forward to our continued work together over these final weeks of the school year.  It continues to take a partnership to ensure success, and I truly value the partnership that we have built this year.  Your children, our students, are better for it.
