We ask children to be open to learning, and ready to move every day. We feel the movement experienced in physical education can support learning in the regular classroom and provide a basis for lifetime health.

PE and Fitness Training

  • In Physical Education we strive to develop the physical fitness of all students. This year we will not be conducting physical fitness testing due to the pandemic.  However, we will encourage students to practice endurance, muscular strength building and flexibility on their own. One of our goals is to help improve your student’s level of physical fitness, as this can benefit their overall health and academic performance.
