For each sport, the student must submit the two pages of the registration packet that include the following sections:
- Student Information with student's name and grade, and the adults authorized to take the student home from an Away Meet
- Emergency Information, signed by a parent or a guardian
- Athletic Code of Conduct, signed by both parents and the student
The General Information pages about the sport, practices, uniforms, and dates of the Track Meets are to be kept for your reference.

Registration packets with all forms can also be obtained from the attendance office.
Registration begins approximately one month before the start of each sport and ends one week after each season begins.
Participation fees should be submitted at the time of registration. We accept cash, checks, and money orders at school, and credit card payments online.
As new sports seasons approach, additional registration packets will be added to this page.
