Free Summer Meals Program

  • The district will provide free meals for kids 18 and under starting Wednesday, May 27, through the CCSD Summer Meals Program. The district will provide free grab-and-go bagged breakfast and lunch meals at six sites across the district.

    CCSD Summer Meal Service

    • When: May 27 – July 31, 2020 (Sites will be closed July 3, 2020.)
      All sites will serve from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
    • Where: Highline, Overland HS, Red Hawk Ridge, Canyon Creek, Sunrise, and Meadow Point
    • What: Each day of distribution will include two (2) breakfasts and two (2) lunches for each student 18 and under for a total of six (6) meals each week.
      Throughout the summer, we will be providing a bag of fresh fruit to all students with meals on Friday to help supplement their food supply for the weekend.
    • How: We will continue to provide grab-and-go meals using the drive-through system to limit personal contact.

    Additional Location: 

    Thanks to a partnership with Aurora Public Schools Food and Nutrition Department, I am excited to announce we will be offering another summer meal site at the Mission Viejo Park.  This meal site will begin Thursday, May 28th, and will be open daily from 12:25 to 1:05 pm for both walk-ups and drive-ups. This meal site will be open Monday through Friday through the summer!
