Every day, Cherry Creek Schools strives to deliver on its promise of providing an excellent education for every child and helping each child discover their Pathway of Purpose.

This page celebrates the ways CCSD is making progress toward Strategic Plan goals, thanks to the hard work of students, staff, families, and community.

  • On the social emotional screener, “sense of belonging” increased 10 percentage points from fall to spring for 6-12 graders.

Disproportionality

  • Expulsions are down 74.4% over a four-year period, reflecting the hard work of schools and the guidance of the Expulsion Task Force.

  • The district has seen a 21.8% reduction in students having multiple behavioral incidents over a four-year period.

  • CCSD has eliminated disproportionality in special education identification across all racial categories and for all disability categories, according to Colorado Department of Education data.
