Transition Program at Fremont
The Transition Program is an optional program for young adults with special needs who are 18-21 years of age and who have completed their high school core classes. Transition assists with developing necessary tools to progress from high school to adult life.
I-Teams Programs
Cherry Creek Schools I-Team is an off-campus alternative program for high school students with learning, behavioral and/or emotional issues that make it difficult to be successful in their home high school.
Compass
Cherry Creek Schools Compass provides educational services for middle and high school students who have been expelled from school.
Marvin W. Foote Youth Services Center
Cherry Creek Schools operates an educational program at the Marvin W. Foote Youth Services Center designed to meet the educational and affective needs of youth ages 11-18 who are detained.
Cherry Creek Link
Cherry Creek Link is a blended learning environment for middle and high school students. This is a short-term option for students to build skills needed in order to re-engage with their home school.
