Marvin W. Foote Youth Services Center

The school population averages 35-45 students. Teachers differentiate the instruction of the curriculum to accommodate students. Courses of instruction include language arts, math, social studies, science, physical education, art and advisory. Services include individualized education and restorative community justice.

will be places where students feel seen, connected, and capable. We will co-create spaces where healing and growth are central to the educational
experience. Through a shared commitment to relationship-based teaching,
equitable practices, and responsive support systems, we will guide students
to discover their strengths, embrace their potential, and walk through
authentic accountability. Each student will confidently transition onto their
Pathway of Purpose.

We guide students in navigating life’s challenges to chart a purposeful pathway towards a confident future. In partnership with the Division of Youth Services and our community, we enlighten and provide comprehensive educational programming for youth in a safe and secure environment.
