Guide to Ordering Official College Transcripts - AP, CE, DE, IB, CLEP
Important:
- View the College Credit Checklist below to make sure your credits count and you’re ready to meet with your college advisor! If you aren’t going to college right away, don’t forget about your credits - they will be available if/when you need them.
- If you aren’t sure which courses you took for college credit, check with your counselor before ordering transcripts.
- After ordering, confirm with your college Registrar or Admissions Office that your credits were received and applied to your record.
- If you're taking tests or courses this spring, make sure the credits are recorded before ordering transcripts in the summer. (AP & IB might automatically based on what you selected when registering, but VERIFY.)
To transfer your college credits for the fall (or later), you must request an official transcript. This includes any college-credit courses you took in high school: Concurrent Enrollment (CE), Dual Enrollment (DE), Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), or College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams.
Follow the transcript request process below for each college or program where you earned credit.
Order transcripts for college credit courses taken through:
- Concurrent Enrollment (CE) in the Colorado Community College System
- Dual Enrollment (DE) at MSU or UCD-CU Succeed
- Advanced Placement (AP) - CollegeBoard
- International Baccalaureate (IB)
- College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) - CollegeBoard
