Student Address Change/Verification
To Change or Update Address:
To change or update your home address, log in to your Parent Portal and open the Guardian Update tile. Click Change next to your current address and complete the Address Change form.
You will need to upload:
- A recent Verification of Residency document (required if you live within the district)
- A government issued photo ID
Note: This process will be unavailable if your student is on "hold" status or if Parent Forms for the current school year have not been completed. If your student is on hold, please email your address verification documents to admissions@cherrycreekschools.org.
When completing the Address Change Form, provide details in the Request Explanation Box
To help Admissions process your request quickly, include details about your address change in the Request Explanation box, such as:
- If your school of residence is changing, indicate whether your student would prefer to attend the new zoned school or remain at their current school for the rest of the school year
- Use the School Locator Tool to confirm the school for your new address
- If your student prefers to remain at the current school long-term, a School Choice application is required. Families are responsible for providing transportation
- If your new address is outside the Cherry Creek District your student will remain at their current school if approved for the remainder of the school year, but a School Choice application will be required for continued enrollment next year and beyond. Families are responsible for providing transportation.
After You Submit
