Student Enrollment Information

Student Enrollment

District Admissions handles enrollment for all Cherry Creek Schools students in Kindergarten through 12th grade through an easy-to-use Online Enrollment System. Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten enrollment for the next school year is available starting the first Monday in February and enrollment for all grade levels will be available the first Monday in March.

Please visit the Early Childhood Education website: CCSD Preschool Enrollment to enroll a new Preschool student (3yrs old on or before October 1st) and for Pre-Kindergarten (4yrs old on or before October 1st). Enrollment Process

Step 1: Create a family enrollment account with the following link: ONLINE ENROLLMENT SYSTEM. You will need a valid email address to create your account. Families that have NOT enrolled a student after January 18, 2022 will need to create a new account. (NOTE: This is a different account than your my.cherrycreekschools.org Parent Portal account). If you are registering for a different school year than the current one, click on the DASHBOARD icon in the top right corner of the page.

Step 2: Once the Family Enrollment Account has been created, you will be able to enroll your student(s). You will need to upload electronic copies of the following documents to complete the enrollment process for each student:

  • Proof of Age, including but not limited to:
    • Birth certificate (translated if not in English)
    • Religious, hospital or physician's certificate showing date of birth
    • Receipt from birth state that a replacement birth certificate was ordered
    • Adoption record
    • Parent Affidavit
    • Previously verified school records
    • Valid passport
    • Family bible entry
  • Immunization Record - Please upload the COMPLETE immunization record (all pages, front and back).
  • Proof of address - Click here for a list of documentation examples
  • Government issued Photo ID for the parent(s) or legal guardian(s)

Note: If you are unable to scan your documents, there are free apps online that will enable your smartphone to serve as a scanner. Or you may simply take a picture of the documents with your smart phone. Be sure that your student’s name is on all the documents and that all information is clear so that it can be easily read. For additional support, you may visit an Admissions office to have the documents uploaded.

Step 3: You will receive a confirmation email from PowerSchool Enrollment after your request is successfully submitted and an additional email after your student(s) are enrolled to the district. The email will contain your student’s enrollment information and directions for next steps.

Re-Enrollment Process

Current students of the district who intend to continue to the next grade/school level are automatically set to attend the designated school after the summer break.

Students who were withdrawn and need to re-enroll during the same school year will be re-activated after the Student Household Information Form, current proof of residency and photo ID from the parent/guardian are emailed to admissions@cherrycreekschools.org. Students withdrawn during the previous school year will require a new enrollment request submitted through the  online enrollment system.
