Former students and parents of former students currently under 18 years old can request student records through Parchment.
-
Parents cannot request records for students over 18 years old without a signed FERPA Release Form
- A government issued photo ID of the parent (or former student) will need to be attached to your request.
- There is currently no charge for these records from the district. Vendor fees may apply.
- Special Education records (IEP's, Evaluations, etc) are processed by the Cherry Creek School District Student Achievement Services department. To request those records, please complete the SAS Records Request form and email it to ccsdsped@cherrycreekschools.org.
