Operations Team

Manage the full spectrum of personnel processes to ensure seamless workforce operations. Responsibilities include supporting applicants and overseeing all aspects of employment actions such as new hires, transfers, assignment changes, and separations. Administer job postings, position requests, and portability evaluations, as well as verify Para Title I qualifications and licensure compliance. Additionally, coordinate substitute hiring and onboarding, and deliver training across the system for all HR related needs. Beyond these core functions, we handle a variety of specialized tasks to maintain efficient and compliant HR practices.
