Bibliographic Services provides full processing of K-12 library materials for the Cherry Creek School District, using the SirsiDynix Symphony Library Management System.

Processing currently includes receiving, cataloging, covering and labeling, and approval of invoices for payment. The department was established in spring 1992 and is located at the Fremont 

Cataloging of books, serials and audiovisual materials is accomplished through the use of the international bibliographic database of the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC).

The district’s online union catalog, Online District Catalog, shows the holdings of 62 school libraries and the District Library. The collection consists of over 1 million physical items, which are linked to more than 270,000 bibliographic records. Approximately 55,000 new items are processed annually.
