Welcome to Purchasing

  • Cherry Creek Schools Purchasing Department strives to assist both District employees and vendors with the District's purchasing policies and procedures. Purchasing is a service division that has been established to assist all District schools and departments in the effective acquisition of needed goods and services. It also serves the public interest to assure that school district business is transacted in an open and fair atmosphere.
     
    The operation of the Purchasing Department is governed by our Board of Education Policies.
     
    Cherry Creek School District maintains centralized stocking facilities for items commonly used by the various schools and facilities in our district.
     
    Suppliers interested in selling to Cherry Creek School District should click the Vendor Application Form link, download the form and either mail it to the address below or email it to purchasingoffice@cherrycreekschools.org.  It is also recommended that suppliers register on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System @ www.govbids.com
