Jordan Parker, Music Teacher Michael Johnson, Future Educator
From Ms. Parker:
Welcome to Sagebrush everyone! I’m very excited to see everyone in the music classroom and to see what sparks from having everyone with me. I am truly excited to get to know every student that steps foot in my class. I like to spend my downtime outdoors hiking, walking around Denver, spending time with my pet bunny, and watching Netflix. It is my motto that I want to expose my students to music that comes from all around the world. I believe that all students should be represented through music, whether that be through listening to music, playing instruments, and evening composing their own music. During the year we will be diving head first into musical content. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me through my email!

From Mr. Johnson:
Hi all, my name is Mr. Johnson and I'm a senior at Smoky Hill High School. I'm also a Future Educator which means I will be working at Sagebrush and will be learning some basic hands-on teaching skills. I want to be a Music Educator, so this semester I will be working with Ms. Parker to teach your students music. I play the cello and have vocal experience. I am a member of Smoky Hill's Chamber orchestra and the Aurora Symphony Orchestra. I love swimming, the Raiders, and spending time outdoors. I can't wait to meet all of you and to have an amazing school year, Go Leopards!!
