  • How to Access the Virtual Classroom

How to Access the Virtual Classroom:
During remote learning, each class will have its own Microsoft Teams Meeting invitation to join that classroom at its scheduled time. Teachers will also use Teams Meeting invitations for their Instructional Support times.  There are multiple ways a student can find the meeting links for each of his/her classes and Instructional Support time using my.cherrycreekschools.org.

    1. Click on the Creekmail/Outlook tile in my.cherrycreekschools.org.  Find the Calendar feature.  Each of the student's meeting invitations should appear on the calendar for that class time. For example, for Wednesday 11/11, the student should have 4 meeting invitations (RISE, two Core classes, 1 elective class).
    2. Click on the Microsoft Teams tile in my.cherrycreekschools.org.  Find the Calendar feature.  You can see the meeting invitations directly in Teams.
    3. Go to the Schoology page for each class. The teacher will have the meeting link for each class at the top of the course Schoology page.
