•  Withdrawal Process:

    1. Notify your Coordinator via email or phone about withdrawal.
    2. Complete withdrawal form (1 per child) and return it to your Coordinator or email it to clederhos@cherrycreekschools.org
    3. Contact the main office to make an appointment to return any curriculum that is checked-out (if applicable).

    Record requests will not be processed until all curriculum/materials are returned and all fines paid in full to the Options Main Office.
