    Go to my.cherrycreekschools.org

    Enter your username and password.

    Click on the SmartPass tile. 

    What is the process for Using SmartPass?

     

    1. Raise your hand and ask the teacher for permission to leave. They will let you know if it is an okay time to leave and will ask you to create a pass.

    If you don’t create a pass, you may not leave the room. 

    1. You will open SmartPass from your my.cherrycreek, choose the location you are leaving from, then the location you are going to.

    Use your own device to request a pass!

    1. If you have passes available and if the room is available, SmartPass will let you start a pass. Leave your computer open until the pass starts and while you are gone. Teachers may ask to see and confirm your pass.

    If requesting a Nurse, Counselor, Tech Support, or Dean’s Pass -
    you MUST wait until the pass is accepted. Do not leave without confirmation!**

    1. When you get back to the room, YOU click to stop the pass, then resume class activities. If you do not end your pass, it may result in you receiving a pass limit.

     

    **Emergency exceptions exist - follow directions from your teacher!
