    The Office of Facility Rental provides and facilitates the opportunity for members of our community to utilize district facilities for the benefit of our students and our community. Thank you for your support of Cherry Creek Schools.


    What is Facility Rentals?

    The Facility Rental Department assists the schools in coordinating the use of school facilities (classrooms, gyms, cafeterias, auditoriums, etc.) by our community members. This office oversees scheduling, invoicing, and maintaining good stewardship of our buildings. Overall, Facility Rental works in conjunction with our community and our schools to create a safe, nurturing yet dynamic environment for our students, their families, and our community. 


    Important News and Announcements

    Thank you for your interest in renting from the Cherry Creek School District.  At this time, we have suspended new account applications for those needing gyms and pools. Our facilities are in full use by the CCSD and existing clients.  If space becomes available, we will advise.
