  • National Honors Society Logo National Honor Society Application

    Any Sophomore or Junior with a weighted GPA of 3.75 or higher is eligible to apply for Grandview’s chapter of National Honor Society.

    The purpose of National Honor Society is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop character in high school students. Membership is based on four criteria, each weighted equally: scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

    For any students who would like to be evaluated for National Honor Society membership, they must first attend one of four informational meetings:

    Monday, February 3rd – 7:40 a.m. OR 3:35 p.m. in Lecture Center

    Tuesday, February 4th– 7:40 a.m. OR 3:35 p.m. in Lecture Center

    Due to the late start on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 there will be an additional informational meeting on Thursday, February 6 at 7:40 am in the Lecture Center.

    National Honor Society Information and Application

    Deadline to apply is March 6, 2020 (must attend the informational meeting first)

    Teacher Recommendations

    GHS National Honor Society Applicant Recommendations 2020

    Click the following link to submit your recommendation for one of our NHS Applicants.  Recommendations make up a large portion of the application score.  They are confidential and will never be seen by the applicant.  With this in mind, please be honest in your responses.  Please submit recommendations no later than Friday, March 6th, 2020.

  • Student Leadership Application Image Student Leadership Applications

    Calling all leaders! Applications for the 2020-2021 Student Leadership Class are now open. GHS students who will be 9th through 12th graders next year are encouraged to apply. This class is a unique mixture of leadership curriculum, student government/council, and activities planning. If this sounds like something you would enjoy- apply today!

  • Parking Sign Students, Do you need a Parking Pass?

    Register your vehicle using this google doc.

    Print the following Parking Pass Application.

    Fill out the parking pass application and sign it (your parent/guardian must also sign).  Bring the parking pass application along with a receipt of payment from the bookkeeper, and copies of your driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance to the security office.
