CMAS Parent Portal
Beginning this year, you will be able to view your child’s CMAS state test results using the Colorado Department of Education’s new Family Portal.
This secure website will allow you to easily see how your child performed on the state tests given each spring to students in grades 3–8.
Logging in to the CDE Family Portal
1. Visit the Family Portal: https://familyportal.pearson.com/CO
2. You will need the following information to log in:
a. Student’s State ID (SASID). This is different from your student’s District ID. Instructions for finding your student’s SASID are below.
b. Student’s Last Name
c. Student’s First Name
d. Student’s Date of Birth
What You will Find in the Family Portal
1. A preliminary report of your child's score and performance level on the CMAS tests.
2. Later in June, a final report will be available with additional details, including:
a. A breakdown of strengths and areas for growth
b. Comparisons of your child's performance to their peers at the school, district, and state levels
c. Tips for supporting your child’s learning at home
3. Helpful resources like a video guide and a detailed explanation document will also be available in the Family Portal to assist you in understanding the results.
REMINDER! CMAS Scores Are Just One Piece of the Puzzle
CMAS scores are helpful, but they are just one part of your child’s academic story. Look at them along with report cards, classroom work, and teacher feedback. Together, these give you a full picture of how your child is learning and growing.

Finding your Student's State ID (SASID)
1. Log in to your Parent Account on https://my.cherrycreekschools.org and click on the PowerSchool Parent Forms Tile.
2. In PowerSchool, choose Grades and Attendance from the menu on the left.
3. On the Grades and Attendance homepage, you will see your student's State Student ID (SASID).
