District Students Organized Against Racism (SOAR) empowers students of all racial identities to become courageous leaders and catalysts for meaningful change within their schools. Through sustained dialogue, leadership development, and opportunities to advance equity and racial consciousness, students strengthen their voices, build their capacity to lead, and partner with school staff to cultivate more inclusive and equitable school communities.
