Facility Rental Request Schedule

2026-2027 Indoor Requests

This office will accept online requests for indoor facility usage on:

  • August 1, 2026, for the 2026-2027 school year indoor facility usage from September 8, 2024, through May 28, 2024. Please note that schools may not be available for rentals during school breaks or holidays.
  • March 15, 2027, for Summer 2027 indoor facility usage from May 29, 2027, through July 31, 2027

Due to the high volume of requests on these dates, please allow more processing time for your request(s).

Please do not intend to begin utilizing internal school facilities until the day after Labor Day.

2026-2027 Field Requests

This office will accept online requests on:

  • August 1, 2026, for FALL 2026 usage from August 17 through November 7, 2026.
  • January 15, 2027, for SPRING 2027 field usage from March 1, 2027 through May 28, 2027.
  • March 15, 2027, for SUMMER 2027 field usage from May 29 through July 31, 2027.
