Department of Grants Management
The Department of Grants Management (DGM) supports CCSD staff and leadership throughout the lifecycle of a grant, from concept to closeout. The DGM includes a director, an assistant director, a grant writer, grant project managers, a grants accounting team. The staff manages more than $37M in annual grant funding support for CCSD initiatives, including grants from state, federal, local foundations, City and County agencies, and corporate foundations. From research, writing and submitting applications, to project management and budget spending coordination with OFS fiscal and budget partners, the DGM serves as a bridge between schools and programs and outside funders to ensure fiscal compliance until closeout.
