MyPowerHub Parent/Guardian Portal
MyPowerHub is a online portal that gives parents/guardians easy access to important information about their student in one place.
Parents/guardians can use MyPowerHub to:
- View Grades
- Check Assignments
- View the Calendar
- Review Attendance
If a parent/guardian has more than one student, they can easily switch between students to view each student's information.
Logging into your myCherryCreek Parent Portal Account
Open an internet browser, such as Chrome or Edge.
In the address bar, enter my.cherrycreekschools.org.
Enter the Username or Email and Password used to access your PowerSchool Parent Account, then select Go.
Accessing PowerSchool / Parent Forms
After you have successfully logged into your myCherryCreek Parent Portal, select the PowerSchool / Parent Forms PowerTile.
Select the Parents Sign in button to access PowerSchool and Parent Forms.
Overview Page
The MyPowerHub Overview page displays current student information from PowerSchool SIS, Schoology and other applications. Information is organized into PowerTiles that provide quick access to grades, assignments, calendar, and attendance.
To refresh a PowerTile, select the Refresh icon in the upper-right corner of the tile. The date and time of the last refresh appears at the bottom of each tile. Select More at the bottom of a PowerTile to view additional details.
Use the main navigation menu to access:
- Overview
- Grades
- Assignments
- Calendar
- Attendance
The student's name and grade level are displayed above the navigation menu. Parents/Guardians associated with more than one student can switch between students. Students only have access to their own information.
From the User Account menu (your initials) in the upper-right corner of the page, you can:
- Manage email preferences (parent/guardian only)
- Change language and locale settings
- Update communication preferences
- Sign out
School and district information is displayed at the bottom of each page.
Attendance PowerTile
The Attendance PowerTile displays attendance records for the current school year, including attendance dates, attendance codes, and affected classes.
Attendance information is synchronized with PowerSchool SIS.
Attendance Page
Select Attendance from the main navigation menu or Attendance History from the Attendance PowerTile.
The Attendance page opens to the current term. Select another term to review attendance history for a different grading period or the entire school year.
Attendance totals appear at the top of the page. Below the totals, attendance records are listed by date, beginning with the most recent.
Select an attendance record to open the Course Attendance pane and review attendance details for that class.
Assignments PowerTile
The Assignments PowerTile displays upcoming assignments for all classes, sorted by due date.
Use the filters to view:
- Upcoming
- Recent
- Missing
Selecting an assignment displays additional information, including:
- Teacher
- Comments
- Standards scores (when available)
Assignments Page
Select Assignments from the main navigation menu or More Assignments from the Assignments PowerTile.
Use the tabs at the top of the page to filter assignments by status.
Use the Courses menu to display assignments for a specific class or all classes.
Selecting an assignment opens the Assignment Details pane, which displays the assignment name, category, due date, teacher comments, and standards scores.
Grades PowerTile
By default, the Grades PowerTile displays the student's most recent grades for the current term. Grade information is synchronized with PowerSchool SIS and Schoology. To view grades for a different term, open the Term menu and select the desired term. The selected term dates appear above the student's current GPA.
Accessing Assignments and Standards
Select a course from the Grades PowerTile to review detailed class information.
The course page includes:
- Course name
- Class period information
- Teacher name and email option
- Assignments tab
- Standards tab
- Class Description tab
The Assignments tab displays assignment names, categories, due dates, and scores. Select an assignment to view additional details, including:
- Assignment name
- Category
- Score
- Due date
- Teacher comments
- Associated standards scores
The Standards tab displays all standards assessed within the course, including standard titles, IDs, and scores. Select a standard to view additional details.
Using the Grades Details Page
To access the full Grades page, select More Terms at the bottom of the Grades PowerTile or select Grades from the main navigation menu.
The Grades page displays current grades for the selected term. Available terms for the current school year appear as tabs at the top of the page.
Select the Year Summary tab to view grades across all terms for the current school year. Selecting a grade provides additional details, including assignment information for that course.
To review grades from previous school years, select Grade History at the bottom of the page.
Calendar Page
Select Calendar from the main navigation menu.
The Calendar displays the student's schedule in Day, Week, or Month view.
Use the Previous and Next controls to navigate between dates.
Select a class on the calendar to view additional details, including:
- Course name
- Teacher
- Room number
- Class date and time
- Period number
