STRIDE is partnering with Cherry Creek School District to help students start the year strong—with the care they need, close to home! All children are welcome—your child does not need to attend the school to receive services.

Immunizations
Stay up-to-date with school-required vaccines. Bring a copy of your immunization record.
*Available while supplies lasts.
Sports Physicals
For students participating in athletics. Bring any necessary forms you need completed by the provider.
Outreach & Enrollment (O&E) Support
Get help and learn about Medicaid, CHP+, or STRIDE sliding fee programs.
Well Child and Behavioral Health Visits
STRIDE accepts most insurance, including Medicaid. Sliding fee available for those without insurance. Walk-ins welcome. Bring your immunization record if you have it. Note: Kaiser Insurance not accepted.
