RAiSE Program

The RAiSE program is Cherry Creek's program to support teachers needing induction. The RAiSE Program is a Responsive, Affirming, innovative, Student-centered support system for Educators. Each educator in induction is matched with a mentor in their building who will support and guide them through the year via bi-monthly meetings focused on growth in practice and student support, periodic non-evaluative observations, and guidance in developing and reflecting upon professional learning.
