  • Hispanic Heritage Month Hispanic Heritage Month

    This year for Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 - October 15), we are hosting guest speakers again as well as a Creative Contest!  We are inviting students to submit work in any medium - visual arts, poetry, prose, video, music, and more!  We're looking for submissions of creativity that celebrate student Hispanic and Latinx identity and pride.  Submissions are accepted until Fall Break (October 9, 2020)!

  • Parking Sign Students, Do you need a Parking Pass?

    ALL Staff and Student vehicles parked on the GHS campus must have a valid parking pass displayed in the front window.  To register your vehicle for a parking pass fill out the following document


    • photo copies of student’s driver’s license (paper or plastic)
    • current vehicle registration (cannot be 30 days past expiration date in upper right corner)
    • valid vehicle insurance form
    • receipt from bookkeeper

    The above items must be turned into to security. Once they have been submitted you will be given your parking pass.

    The District Accountability Committee (DAC) will meet virtually from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Wed., Sept. 30. Get more information here.

    Putting ADHD in focus

    CCSD parents and community members are invited to join the Parent Information Network for a virtual meeting on "Putting ADHD into focus." ADHD expert Andrea Pitman will share important information about symptoms, diagnoses, treatment and more. The meeting will be held from 9:15-11:15 a.m. on Tues., Oct. 6. Get more information here.
