Online Parent Registration Forms

Registration for Walnut Hills Elementary and Cherry Creek School District will be mostly online. Please click here to access the parent portal​.

Please indicate which email address you prefer to receive communications from the school (Newsletter and Wake-Up) and select YES to receive PTCO information on all the fun upcoming activities this year. You must also select YES to be included in this year's student directory.

You will be able to sign up for Before & After School Care (Cougar Club) for each school year by clicking on the SchoolCare Works tile.  After enrolling, please contact Olivia Causer at ecauser@cherrycreekschools.org to receive a copy of the Family Handbook.

All forms must be filled out online before students can attend the first day of school.
