Attendance

  • Attendance Line:  720-886-3395

Please call the attendance line listed above before 8:00 am to report your child's absence. The attendance line is available 24 hours a day.

Please leave your student's first and last name and the reason for their absence. If your child is not feeling well, please describe in detail the symptoms they are experiencing. For example, do they have a fever? Do they have shortness of breath, cough, runny nose, upset stomach, vomiting or diarrhea?

Please leave your name and a good contact phone number for you.

Thank you for your partnership as we work to keep our students and staff healthy.

You also may use our smartphone app to report your child's absence.

There are three easy ways to access the Symptom Checker:

    Illness

In case of illness children should stay home until:

    1. They are fever free (less than 100°) for 24 hours
    2. Vomiting and diarrhea have subsided for 12-24 hours
    3. Strep infections have been treated with medication for 24 hours
    4. Parents have checked with the school or their doctor regarding minor contagious illnesses

    Tardiness

It is very important that students arrive at school on time, between 7:45 and 8:00 am.  All absences, tardies and early dismissals are recorded for documentation. When a child accumulates 10 absences or tardies parents/guardians will receive a letter from the school.
