    Please help us keep our students safe by providing your ID when you check-in at the main office. 

    Main Office Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

    School Hours: 8:00 am - 2:45 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

    8:00 am - 1:45 pm (EVERY Wednesday) 

    SUMMER HOURS: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

    SUMMER CLOSURE: June 17th - July 12th, returning July 15th

    7:50 am Bell Rings, students enter through their assigned grade level door.
    8:00 am School starts

    SCHOOL VISITORS - DOORBELL ENTRY SYSTEM

    The safety of our students and staff is paramount. All Cherry Creek School district buildings have a doorbell entry system, including every school. All the doors are locked and the only entrance into our school building is through the main door. When you visit, you must ring the door on the silver speaker box on the left of the main entrance. You will be asked to verify the reason for your visit. Once verified, the office staff will unlock the door and ask you to proceed to the office where you will present your ID. All IDs are scanned through our Raptor security system for visitors who will remain in our building to volunteer. If you are checking your child in late or out early, your ID will be checked to verify you are listed on the child's emergency contact list. Children will not be released to an adult who is not included on the emergency contact list. 

    Family volunteers are always welcome and may visit at any time. Please keep in mind that our teachers are teaching and interacting with our students so they cannot talk with parents during this time. If you wish to discuss something with your child's teacher, please email or call them to schedule a conference. 

     

    New Volunteer Process

    New Colorado legislation has prompted a greater need to screen and document volunteers in our schools. Therefore, beginning January 2022, we must ensure that every volunteer completes a brief application to support activities in CCSD schools. This information will be automatically linked to the Raptor System. The good news is you only need to complete this form once per school year, and it will meet the requirement to volunteer in all CCSD buildings.

    The safety and security of our students and staff remain our top priority. Every person entering our buildings must have a District ID or a badge printed from the Raptor System. We thank you for your partnership in keeping our schools safe!

     

    EAGLE EYES FAMILY VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

    Volunteers make a positive impact on our students and build a strong community. We believe we are stronger together and encourage family members to get involved in our school. We have designed a family volunteer program that provides you the opportunity to support a variety of classrooms and specials during the day. Your schedule will also allow you to eat lunch with your child during the day.
