Requesting Previous Student Records
Former students and parents of former students not yet 18 years old can request student records from the District Admissions Office. Parents cannot request records for students currently over 18 years old.
To request records such as unofficial transcripts, birth certificates, immunization records, etc., from Cherry Creek Schools, download, complete and return the Request for Student Records Form with a copy of your photo ID. Please fax the completed forms along with a copy of your photo ID to District Admissions at 720-554-4558. For more information please contact either District Admissions office.
Official Transcripts for students who have graduated from 1992 to present must be requested directly from the school and may have a fee charged. Please check the school's website to request online.
