Information about Track Meets
Meet Times The meets run from approximately 4:30 - 6:30 pm. It is hard to give an exact start and end time; it depends on when busses arrive, distance to/from an event and other factors.
Transportation The school provides busses to and from away meets. Away meets will bring students back to the school by bus at approximately 6:45 p.m. If you attend an Away meet, you will have the option to sign your student out after his/her events and provide your own transportation home. There is NO after school transportation for home meets.
Water The hosting school is supposed to provide water for athletes, but it does run out. We encourage athletes to bring their own water bottles.
Events Students will be notified of their events by the track coaches usually one day before the meet. The order of track events - The order of track events is the same for all meets.
