    Hello Challenge Families!

My name is Anji Hunt, and I am one of our School Psychologists for the 2023-2024 school year. This is my second year at Challenge, and I feel very blessed to be a part of this wonderfully inclusive and energetic community. This school year, I am shifting my schedule to part-time, and I will be primarily supporting students in our middle school.

A little more about me: I have been a School Psychologist for ten years, and I have experience working with kids ranging from elementary to high school, all at schools in Cherry Creek School District. I love my job, because it allows me to work with so many different members of the school community, and I truly enjoy building relationships with others. I wear several "hats" in my role, whether it be leading social/emotional groups, analyzing data to create individualized interventions, collaborating on various multi-disciplinary committees with other staff, or consulting with families to problem solve how to best support student needs. I strive to help all students feel recognized, supported, and connected in the school community.

In my life outside of school, I enjoy being active and spending time with friends and family, including my husband and two young children.

    Hello Challenge Families!

My name is Terra Price, and I am delighted to join the Challenge team for the 2023-2024 school year!

This is my twenty-first year in education, beginning as a classroom teacher and transitioning to school psychology 15 years ago. For the last seven years I have specialized in supporting the academic and affective needs of gifted, highly gifted, and twice-exceptional learners and their families.  As a parent of three gifted learners, I have become passionate about supporting and advocating for the needs of this unique population and their families. I have many roles within the school community, whether it be leading social/emotional groups for elementary students, collaborating on various multi-disciplinary committees with other staff, or consulting with families and teachers to problem solve how to best support student needs.

In addition to my work in schools, I have provided support in the community through my role instructing graduate level courses for the gifted endorsement program at Southern Utah University and leading parent education groups through my private coaching practice.

During time outside of school I enjoy all things outdoors!  Some of my favorites include backpacking, skiing, and camping. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and hiking with my goldendoodle, Finnegan!  I am grateful for the warm welcome and look forward to getting to know your families!  Please feel free to contact me anytime!

    Hello Challenge Community!
My name is Charlsey Coyle, and I'm thrilled to join Challenge as the School Psychologist Intern for the 2024-2025 school year. I’m fortunate to be working closely with Anji Hunt this year to support our middle school students. You'll find me at Challenge on Monday mornings, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and when I’m not here, I’m assisting students at Mission Viejo Elementary.
I’m currently in my final year of graduate school at the University of Denver, where I’ll be earning my Education Specialist degree in School Psychology this spring. Originally from Rockland County, New York—a suburb just outside NYC—I completed my bachelor’s degree in psychology and dance at the University at Buffalo in New York State.
As an aspiring school psychologist, I’m deeply passionate about fostering whole-child development and addressing the diverse needs of all students. My primary goal is to ensure that every student feels valued and supported, both academically and emotionally, so they have the tools they need to succeed in all aspects of their lives.
Outside of school, I love dancing, spending quality time with friends and family, and trying out new restaurants. I’m truly excited to be a part of the Challenge community and look forward to a wonderful year ahead!

    Emily Harmon

    Hello Challenge Families!
Many of you may know me as a Team E Humanities teacher, but this year you'll find me in the counseling office! For the last couple of years, I have been working on a degree in counseling from the University of Colorado-Denver.  I am passionate about helping students feel a sense of belonging at school, and I am so excited about the opportunity to combine my educational background with my counseling degree at Challenge. A little bit about me: I graduated from Grandview High School before attending the University of Northern Colorado for my bachelor's degree in English/Secondary Education. I went back to UNC a few years later for my first Master's degree in Gifted Education. Outside of work, I love to read, hike, and spend time with my family.
