In accordance with C.R.S. 22-44-110 (4), the Cherry Creek Schools Board of Education has adopted a budget for the 2019/20 school year by June 30, 2019.
2019-20 MILL LEVY
In December 2019, Cherry Creek Schools certified the local property tax levy in accordance with the School Finance Act. The property tax levy provides annual school funding as authorized by State statutes and local elections.
The Board Resolution #19.12.4 for approval of the mill levy specifies that the local base mill levy has been certified in compliance with TABOR limits and in accordance with Senate Bill 07-199 (C.R.S. 22-54-106).
The property tax levy is collected by the Arapahoe County Treasurer based on certification of assessed value provided by the Arapahoe County Assessor for properties within the boundaries of the Cherry Creek School District.
