Online Parent Forms- Before your student can attend school you must complete the online Parent Forms located at my.cherrycreekschools.org. You will use the Student ID number located at the top of your registration form that you receive at the Admissions office to start an account. Once you have created an account please click on the Parent Forms tile and complete the online registration information for each of your students. You will have a green check mark when it is complete.

Attendance- If your student will be absent or tardy due to a dental/medical appointment please call 720-886-8995 and leave a message or you can use the Black Forest Hills app to report the absence/tardy. This app is available in the app store, it is created by BlueTree Inc.

Before and After Care- There is a before and after care option available. Please email schoolcareworks@cherrycreekschools.org to set up a Before and After Care account. You can also use that email for any questions about B&A or contact Danny Brown at 720-886-8947 or dbrown4@cherrycreekschools.org

Parking and Drop off- Students may be dropped off in the front and back of the school. Our school opens at 7:45 A.M. The first bell is at 7:55A.M., the tardy bell is at 8:00A.M. Pick up is at 2:45P.M.on M,T,TH,F and 1:45P.M. on Wednesdays. Please only park in designated parking areas. Do not leave your car unattended in the fire lane.

Illness
When to Stay Home:
 Fever - 100 degrees Fahrenheit and over, your child should stay home and not return to school until fever free for 24 hours.
 Vomiting/Diarrhea – With or without fever, child should stay home until symptom free for 24 hours.
 Strep Throat - Children should be able to return to school after 24 hours of appropriate medical treatment.
 Pink Eye (conjunctivitis) – Children with redness and mattering of the eye should be kept home and treated by physician before returning to school.
