There are TWO ways to register:

Remotely: Submit ALL required forms to DistrictRegistration@cherrycreekschools.org  or FAX to 720-554-4558.

**New Student Registration is done at our District office, NOT here at the school!

Documents required to register:

1. Verification of  Residency: (**Please note that actual residency at the address is required.**)
    
   If you OWN your home, bring ONE of the following:
                 - ALL pages of your CURRENT Excel Energy Bill
                 - Warranty deed if purchased within the last 60 days,
                 - 3 pieces of current USPS business mail received - with 1 of those being the current utility bill with address listed,
                 - Future signed & dated purchase contract with closing date.
   
   If you RENT your home, bring ONE of the following:
                 - ALL pages of your CURRENT Excel Energy Bill
                 - A fully executed Lease Agreement for a new property leased withing the last 60 days,
                 - 3 pieces of current USPS business mail received - with 1 of those being the current utility bill with address listed, 
                 - Future Lease agreement and receipt of the first month's rental payment.
   
   2.  Birth Certificate This is REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS regardless of age or grade. Your child must be 5 years old on or before October 1st to attend kindergarten. 
   3.  Current Immunization Records
   4.  Completed Family Admission Form 
   5.  Census of English Language Learners 
   6.  Release of Records from previous school  (Download at link below)
   7.  Picture ID of parent

Once District has created a student account and has entered all your students documents into the system, you will then be able to create your PARENT PORTAL account at myCherryCreekSchools.org.

You must complete ALL the parent forms for each student in the portal. Once ALL the parent forms are completed, our Registrar will get a notification and will be in contact with you. In order for the school and your teacher to prepare for arrival, your student will be enrolled into a class within 2 school days of us receiving the notification.
