The 4,444 members of the Cherry Creek Schools Class of 2023 are ready to take the next step on their pathway of purpose. After commencement ceremonies, the graduates will enter the workforce, military service, and higher education. They are equipped with knowledge and skills they have gained through rigorous classes, including Honors, Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, and Concurrent Enrollment courses, as well as experiential learning opportunities, including internships and apprenticeships. Some already hold industry certifications that they earned through Career and Technical Education programs at their home high schools or the Cherry Creek Innovation Campus.
The Class of 2023 includes five Boettcher Scholars, 13 Daniels Fund Scholars, many military academy appointees, and hundreds of Advanced Placement Scholars. To date, the soon-to-be graduates have earned millions of dollars in grants and scholarships.
During their time in high school, these students excelled in academics, the arts, athletics, and a wide variety of activities and clubs. They have donated thousands of hours of time to organizations in their communities and raised tens of thousands of dollars for worthwhile causes.
The Class of 2023 includes 1,762 students who have been in the district since kindergarten.
CCSD high school graduation ceremonies will be held on May 24, 25, and 26. Please be aware that no bags of any kind (purses, clear bags, camera bags, etc.) are allowed.
