Requirements

• Birth Certificate: Must be 5 years old on or before October 1st.
• IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
• Verification of Residency: Current Xcel Energy bill (visit our Student Enrollment Information page for additional options)
• Photo ID of parent/guardian
