Mindful Mondays

HCMS students are invited to this optional, virtual gathering. Ms. Thomas, your School Social Worker will be facilitating a short, mindful moment every Monday.  Mindfulness is a wonderful way to feel peace in your mind and body. Mindfulness helps us to manage stress, improve our mood, and focus more easily; great skills to have as you start off your school week! The link is posted in your Advisory Teachers Schoology Page.
