Application Process for School Psychologist Internship
Application Process for School Psychologist Internship: (Closed for the 2025 - 2026 SY)
Students interested in applying for an internship in the Cherry Creek School District must apply directly to the job posting for Psychologist Intern - Psychologist Intern Job Posting
As part of application, you will need to upload the following:
- Current curriculum vitae or resume
- Three letters of recommendation (at least one of which is written by a university representative and attests to your readiness for internship).
- In your application process, you will be asked to upload a document indicating that you are licensed with the Colorado Department of Education. As our intern applicants are not licensed yet, please put the following statement in a Word document to upload into your application: “Due to my graduate student status, I am not currently able to obtain a CDE license. However, if and when I secure a school-based internship with CCSD, I will pursue the appropriate Intern Authorization License with CDE.”
Applicants must also complete the School Psychology Internship Questionnaire.
Internship interviews will be scheduled the last week in February. Interview times will be offered after all the required forms have been received and reviewed.
All school psychologist internship materials must be received by February 1st.
